1. Selection of high-quality raw materials
With the increase of the number of comonomer atoms in the stretched material, the branch chain of the polymer increases, the crystallinity decreases, the "entanglement" effect of the copolymer increases, the elongation increases, and the perforation strength and tear strength increase. Blown polyethylene stretch film is blown from particles blown by a blow molding machine. It is inexpensive and therefore the most widely used.
Second, is to choose advanced production equipment
The equipment for making stretch film is mainly divided into manual film equipment and mechanical film equipment. The wire drawing equipment adopts advanced equipment and three-layer co-extrusion process. The device has the functions of intelligent control system, hidden automatic cutting machine, automatic cutting, automatic roll change and so on. This makes it fully automatic. Make sure the dressing is firmer and smoother.
3. Select advanced production technology
1. Blow molding method: The spherical stretching can be rapidly cooled by direct contact cooling between water and the film surface. Its flatness is slightly lower than that of casting method, but its transparency is better than that of casting method. Spherical stretching also has a certain effect on tensile plasticity.
2. Casting method: The casting method has the characteristics of narrow length and high flow. Generally speaking, the melt temperature range is between 250-280°C, the temperature of the casting cooling roll is controlled at 20-30°C, and the winding tension is low, generally within 10kg, in order to facilitate the removal of the adhesive and reduce the internal stress of the finished film .
