1, technical requirements:
(1) Appearance: The appearance should be uniform in color, neat and clear, no obvious pollution, no impurities, no cracks, damages, perforations, etc. are allowed.
(2) Size specification width: 13.5mm±0.5mm Thickness: 0.9mm±0.1mm
(3) Physical and mechanical properties Tensile strength at break is not less than 1.1KN, elongation at break is not more than 25%.
(4) Skewness skewness is not more than 30mm
(5) The tension at the interface is determined by our experiment. The refrigerator or freezer with a capacity of 160 litres or more, and the window machine and outdoor unit of the air conditioner with a maximum pull force of not less than 400N for the Strapping interface;

Test method for testing whether the Packing Tape is qualified:
1. Sampling Provisions Random sampling of 5 plastic packing tapes. After removing 3m at the outer end of each roll, 5 samples of the 3m plant were taken.

7. Determination of skewness (1) Five samples of 1.2 m in length were taken from the five samples.

9, pull out the test (1) measuring precision 0.1N spring balance, precision 1mm ruler.
(2) Along the strapping line 300mm away from one end of the box, use a spring balance to hook the strapping to pull it out. The pull must be perpendicular to the face of the box.
10, inspection rules (1) to accept the unit as a batch, the same formula, the same specifications as a batch of packing.
(2)Specifications and skewness shall be tested in batches, each batch of random samples shall be tested, and the test results shall be judged according to requirements. If they are not qualified, they shall be hard-doubled and sampled for review.
(3) The physical and mechanical properties are randomly sampled every 5 batches. The inspection results are judged according to requirements. If they are not qualified, the batch is unqualified.
(4) The strapping interface tension and pull-out test are performed once a week for each line, 2 at a time, and the determination is made as required.
