PE automatically ends the belt with two types, 28# and 50#. 28# is suitable for semi-automatic strapping machines. The model of the machine usually has SY-100, SY-75, etc. The advantage of the semi-automatic machine is that it can change the location of the strapping machine at random. The price is also relatively cheap. The 50# end band is for fully automatic machines. It can be directly used by the assembly line, and the strapping speed can be changed. The knot can be knotted after one round to reduce the use cost of consumables. However, the quality of the domestically-made 50# finishing belt is not very good. The belt is often broken when the machine is quickly strapped, which affects the production. Therefore, the quality of the domestically finished 5# finishing belt has yet to be improved.
The appearance of the PE automatic end band is a barrel type, with two exposed heads and a continuous core inside. Usually we mistakenly think that the appearance is not particularly important. In fact, we can distinguish the inherent quality of the tape from its appearance. A good end of the tape looks from the outside, the edges of the two ends of the bucket should be quite flat, winding winding clear, dense, no gaps or uneven. The barrel is straight, the two ends of the bucket are not sized, and the handle is good, not fluffy and not particularly hard. Then take an end to see if the belt is folded. The width of the good belt is evenly folded on both sides, like a ribbon. , will not get together like hand-tied cable.
Two uneven or void buckets may have joints or folds are not good enough for two problems.
First, the barrel-shaped end band may have one or more break joints, and the jointed belt may cause the delivery belt to be blocked or broken during use, and severe damage to the beak, gear, and blade of the knotter. In particular, the 50# tape is used on a fully automatic machine. It is more troublesome, and it is often necessary to shut down and re-thread the tape, seriously affecting the normal production of the assembly line.
Second, the straps with poor crimping often cause the straps on the pail to slide down and become loose under the pail, causing the straps to be pulled out during the strapping process. Sometimes the entire strap is pulled out of the line container. The breakage of the strap will cause the wire rod to bend and deform, and the strapping machine will not work properly. Unfavorable folding can also cause the blade to not completely cut the tape, causing dragging. Using it for a long time will also cause some damage to the machine. The end of the hem is flat, and there is a kind of attachment force, and the band is firmly attached to the barrel in the absence of force.
